Have you identified a specific technical challenge that would benefit from collaboration with EPFL?
Eligibility Requirements
To submit a technical challenge, your organization must:
- Be legally incorporated as an NGO or INGO
- Have adequate personnel and in-country organizational structures, including staff, field offices, and reliable communication channels
- Be able to provide complementary inputs, particularly technical supervision and support for the relevant research activities
- Have proven access to local partners and strong, meaningful connections with the beneficiary communities
- Demonstrate a solid track record and commitment to working with communities and community-based organizations, in line with SDC’s Human Rights Policy
- Be open to collaborating with government institutions in LMICs and able to engage with relevant authorities at all levels
- Be based in or targeting a country listed among the Low- and Middle-Income Countries (LMICs) https://www.oecd.org/en/topics/sub-issues/oda-eligibility-and-conditions/dac-list-of-oda-recipients.html#oda-recipients-list
- Address one of the following thematic areas: Healthcare, Climate Change, or Clean Energy
- Meet a clearly identified local need, with the local community involved and engaged in your organization’s activities
