This project includes the development of two web-based tools:
Shelter and Sustainability
A tool supporting comparative assessments of environmental impacts, technical performance, habitability and affordability of shelter designs used in humanitarian relief operations.
GHG Emission Calculator
This tool estimates greenhouse gas emissions for energy, material, and transport in displacement contexts, focusing on Scope 1 and 2 emissions. Exceptionally some Scope 3 emissions are included due to their high impact. (Scopes definitions from IPCC)
